Fix a failed data item
This tutorial shows how to open the flow monitoring and fix a failed data item.
Prerequisites
- Existing flow with monitoring enabled
Step 1 — Open monitoring
- Go to: Flows → Select flow → Monitoring
- Filter by status = error
Step 2 — Analyze the error
- Open the message detail
- Review logs, payload and context
Step 3 — Fix and resend
- Fix the data (mapping, content or configuration)
- Resend:
- Retry the message
- Or manually resend with a corrected payload
Verify
- Check the message transitions to success
- Ensure changes persist for future cases
