Fix a failed data item

This tutorial shows how to open the flow monitoring and fix a failed data item.

Prerequisites

  • Existing flow with monitoring enabled

Step 1 — Open monitoring

  1. Go to: Flows → Select flow → Monitoring
  2. Filter by status = error

Step 2 — Analyze the error

  • Open the message detail
  • Review logs, payload and context

Step 3 — Fix and resend

  1. Fix the data (mapping, content or configuration)
  2. Resend:
    • Retry the message
    • Or manually resend with a corrected payload

Verify

  • Check the message transitions to success
  • Ensure changes persist for future cases
