Create a platform

This tutorial shows how to create a new platform in Flowlyze and configure the related dataspaces.

Prerequisites​

  • Access to Flowlyze with admin permissions

Step 1 — Create the platform​

  1. Go to: Platforms → New platform
  2. Fill in the main fields:
    • Name
    • Category and Tags
    • Description
  3. Save the platform

Step 2 — Configure a dataspace​

A dataspace is a partial logical view of the architecture.

  1. Go to: Dataspaces → New dataspace
  2. Select the platforms and entities to include
  3. Save the dataspace

Verify​

  • Open the architecture diagram to check the platform is present
  • Open the dataspace and verify it includes the selected elements
