Adapter & Platforms Release Plan

Planning of changes and new integrations for external connectors and endpoints for e-commerce, ERP, and marketplaces (Shopify, Channel Engine, Base.com, etc.).

Releases are organized by scheduled deployment date. Already released deployments are at the bottom of the page.

Next deployments​

15 September 2026​

Shopify​

Product master data​
  • Added the template suffix (templateSuffix) to product master-data sync to Shopify.
  • Fixed file metafield sync for IMAGE and VIDEO types.
Order retrieval​
  • Added the operator who executed the order with Shopify POS in the order retrieval endpoint.

Channel Engine​

Order retrieval​
  • Verified the correctness of the order retrieval algorithm, to avoid data loss.

Shopify​

Translations​
  • Alignment of translation sync with product master-data behavior, for all fields:
    • null: the value already present on Shopify is kept;
    • "" (empty string): the content is deleted;
    • populated value (e.g. "Description in language"): the field is synced to Shopify.

End of September / start of October​

New Base.com adapter​

New adapter for integration with Base.com. In particular, endpoints for:

  • stock sync;
  • price sync;
  • product sync;
  • order retrieval.

Shopify​

Product master data​
  • Updated handling of isDigitalItem and inventoryTracked in the product payload.
  • Ability to send products with a price of 0.
  • File metafields (the files section in the product master-data payload) now follow the content type in the content type field. Previously, if a file was an image it was saved by default as FILE; it is now saved as IMAGE.
Company retrieval​
  • New fields in company retrieval:
    • company metafields;
    • metafields of the related locations;
    • contact email.
Order retrieval​
  • New metadata in the order for the actual fulfillment statuses.
  • New fields in order retrieval, with a reference to the company location.
Customer retrieval​
