Overview
Flowlyze is an iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) platform in SaaS (Software as a Service) mode, designed to enable unlimited integration between platforms, applications, and enterprise systems.
Born from direct experience in the digital integration market, Flowlyze overcomes the limitations of traditional iPaaS tools by combining two fundamental needs: the ability to handle large volumes of data (large-scale data transfer) and support for processes and events in on-demand and near real-time mode.
Ready-to-use connectors and maximum extensibility
Flowlyze offers a wide suite of preconfigured connectors for the most common integration modes — APIs (Application Programming Interfaces), flat files, relational databases, and much more.
These are complemented by the ability to extend the platform completely autonomously, creating dedicated and customized Apps, so as to model integrations based on the specific needs of each organization.
In addition to standard connectors, Flowlyze includes native plug-and-play integrations with some of the leading market platforms, including Shopify, Oracle NetSuite, ChannelEngine, and Pimcore. These ready-to-use connections enable drastically reduced implementation times and ensure compatibility with the most widely used ecosystems.
No-code / low-code interface
Through its no-code / low-code interface, Flowlyze allows you to configure and manage most integrations directly on the platform, without the need to develop complex code or resort to external middleware.
This approach enables IT and business teams to collaborate more efficiently, accelerating time-to-market and reducing dependence on specialized technical resources.
Data governance and centralized control
Flowlyze is not limited to facilitating data transit between different systems: it is configured as a true enterprise data governance tool.
The platform enables you to govern integrations centrally, monitor information flows, and understand how data moves and interacts between different enterprise platforms.
In this way, Flowlyze becomes a key element in ensuring transparency, control, and data sharing within the organization, transforming integration management into a concrete competitive advantage.
Platform and Dataspaces
In Flowlyze, a platform represents the instance of an enterprise tool or system integrated within the organization.
Typical examples include a Shopify e-commerce, an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), or a custom application developed internally.
Each platform is defined by a series of fields that describe its main characteristics:
-
Name: identifies the specific instance of the platform, for example Ecommerce B2C for a Shopify platform.
-
Tags and Category: set of attributes that facilitate classification, search, and navigation among the various configured platforms.
-
Description: text field that allows you to indicate the functional role of the platform within the enterprise application ecosystem.

It is also possible to create a new platform starting from a predefined template, simplifying the initial configuration and ensuring consistency between different instances.

Architectural visualization
After configuring all enterprise platforms, Flowlyze automatically generates a complete architectural view of integrations.
This diagram enables you to:
- visualize the interconnections between systems;
- monitor the number of data flows connecting the various platforms;
- verify the health status of integrations in real time.

Dataspace
For complex architectures, Flowlyze offers the ability to subdivide the enterprise ecosystem into logical subsets called dataspaces.
A dataspace represents a partial and focused view of the overall architecture, useful for analyzing or monitoring specific functional areas or information flows.
Creating a dataspace is simple: just select the platforms and entities to include.
Flowlyze automatically generates a segmented visualization, showing only the elements relevant to the current analysis.

You can create a dataspace that includes only the "Order" entities and the JotForm (for order collection) and Shopify (for their reception and management) platforms.
The result is a clear and targeted representation of the architecture relative to that specific flow.
